Do the Principals travel internationally? Is there a private yacht or a corporate jet? Is there a preferred travel agent? Does the family plan their travel or are there last-minute adventures? Does the family have preferred events and destinations? Who is the preferred luggage designer? Who packs and unpacks suitcase?

Administrative Standards

Standards identified: How many cleanable square feet of living space in the environment? Number of Staff? Days and hours worked? Who manages the Private Service Manager, monitors the budget, decides organizational style, and determines selection of and frequency of vendors, who is responsible for Human Resources, who selects and supervises the staff? Consider the Principal’s business ethics, practices and relationship style, style of management, financial practices. How does the Principal participate in the management of the household? What records are kept on maintenance, warranties, insurance, inventory, collectables, medical histories, medicines, employees and weekly Day in the Life™ schedules? Does the HM have a designated office space to work from?
